Break Time
Break Time’s like a triple-triple from Timmies… the more you drink,
the sweeter it gets.
As their hated middle management flunkie Dough would say: “…it’s a thoughtful blue collar perspective on society and it’s ever-changing cultural norms.”
Only smart thing that douche has ever said.
This show is about young vs old, blue collar vs. white collar, woke vs anti-woke.

Break Time is a Co-Production between Tim Dorsch and MaCaw Productions.

The year is 1998. The age is fourteen. The city is Kitchener, Ontario.
Life is the friggin’ best.
Remember GoldenEye, Nü Metal, Bawitdaba and constant boners? It’s a simpler time. There’s no social media, we still buy CD’s and Professional Wrestling is huge. There’s a fragile sense of innocence in the suburbs of Southern Ontario. The horrors of Columbine, 9/11 and Woodstock ‘99 loom just on the horizon but they’re not here yet.
For now, best friends Tyler and Big D would be perfectly happy as long as they can have their three favorite things - Heavy Metal, Wrestling and friggin’ Shrimp Rings.
But crap keeps getting in the way.
